We have purposely priced this bed very “Fairly” as we obtained it at a reasonable price and are simply passing the savings onto our customers to facilitate a faster sale. We sell a lot of beds to customers all over the USA and while most of our beds sell for substantially more, this piece represents good quality at a reasonable price. There are absolutely no issues with this pieces and it meets all of our condition and quality criteria. If you have been looking for a reasonably priced vintage Danish bed, this could be the ticket.

This is a very nice Danish Modern platform / floating bed in high quality Teak with long headboard and attached floating nightstands. The most unique aspect of this bed is that it was designed without the traditional “platform box”. Having sold more vintage Danish platform beds than anyone on eBay, I can attest to this being a less common, but more practical design. In most cases the area under platform beds in not excusable and cannot be used for storage. In effect the area under the bed is wasted unless the bed was designed with under bed drawers. Having a bed will drawers in the platform section can add a considerable amount to the price. In the case of this bed, it will be very easy to store items under the beds as access is uninhibited.

The lines on this bed are graceful and simple with very nice headboard construction. This is a nice quality bed from Denmark that uses metal bracket connection points that I have found to be more trouble free than the standard metal pin & cam method of connection.

The overall condition is very good with only light signs of wear. There are no burns, chips, gouges or other damage. The piece exhibits Nice solid construction with simple and graceful modern design.

Condition: VERY nice (see photos) condition with no chips, gouges, burns, water rings or other damage. Only light signs of use or natural aging to the finish can be seen.
