This is a quintessential late 60s or early 70s modern sofa from Denmark, in wonderful condition. This is a great design that is very comfortable and best of all can be fully disassembled for EASY SHIPPING.
CUSHIONS: Very light Beige with slight variations of off-white, very light tan and very light Beige. Cushions had slip covers on for some time so the cushions show almost no wear and look especially good. Clean with no smells
FRAME: Solid Teak all around with no use of fiberboard and jointed with wonderful finger joints on the sides. Excellent condition and frame is bolted together from the underside so not bolts or screws can been seen.
COMFORT: I find this sofa to be VERY comfortable as it allows you to sit more upright and not “lay” into the sofa like a lot of the very deep seats on modern sofas. The seat height at the knee bend is apx. 15” and obviously will be lower at the seat area. The depth is about 20”. This offers a comfortable upright seating position that affords some back support.
All cushions have zippers so the internal foam can be removed.
