This is a fantastic example of the well documented “model 77” Executive desk designed by Gunni Omann for Omann Jun Mobrlfabrik in 1964. This is an exceptional high quality piece that is in nearly MINT condition. The construction is very heavy and features some of the finest attention to detail that I have seen. This desk has a “Mad Men” style front that features a locked Bar compartment as well as bookcase / display sections.

Features:

+ Left pedestal has three drawers with picture frame trim. Top drawer has brass lock and a carved, solid teak, pen and accessory holder.

+ Right pedestal has a three drawer “faux” front with matching picture frame trim. Opening the drawer reveals a single storage space for hanging files. The top of this drawer also has a brass lock and a carved, solid teak, pen and accessory holder. 

+ Front features Left and right bookcase sections.

+ Front Center has a lockable fold down door, when open it reveals a BAR area.

+ One Key functions on all three locks.
