This is a wonderful set of two (2) fabric covered pod chairs from JG Furniture, a respected quality manufacturer of office furniture. While not as well-known as Herman Miller or Knoll, JG is an American manufacturer of quality office furniture that aggressively competed with the better known manufacturers. Many of their designs are in the Museum of Modern art and I have personally had several of their pieces over the years and can attest to the quality of their workmanship.

These two pod chairs represent classic 60s –70s design in a great color that will accent any room. The fabric is in virtually new condition and the chairs are very comfortable. There is spring mechanism in the support post that gives slightly as you sit in it and expands when you get out of the set. This is a great pair of well designed modernist chairs at a fraction of the Knoll or Herman Miller price.

These are very solid vintage chairs that have been very well cared for over the years. They will look exquisite in your mid century or Danish Modern décor. These chairs represent Great design, Great craftsmanship, Great build quality and a Great VALUE – what more can I say?
