This entertainment wall unit is composed of TWO chests. The larger chest sits on top of the smaller lower chest. The lower and smaller chest is not especially heavy and can be moved around fairly easily. The top cabinet is pretty heavy, and its own weight keeps it firmly in place. It is possible to use these chests separately and you could place the top cabinet on the floor or better yet onto heavy duty casters. It was designed to use as one big wall unit, but you can use your imagination to create other options if you like. I am not the imagination police!

There are vintage cabinets or credenzas that you can buy but often the depth is not enough to to house vintage audio gear. This quality pair of chests was purposed designed for vintage (and modern) hi-fi gear. These cabinets offer a lot of flexibility, convenience and look AMAZING!!!
I currently have a wide selection of cabinets and storage units designed by Poul Hundevad. All the pieces are designed to work together and complement each other in size and design. In addition to two larger bookcases, I have a number of storage chests that feature bookcase sections on top of the chests. I hope to be posting the other Hundevad pieces in coming weeks.
