This is a fantastic set of six J. L. Moller, Model 83, dining chairs in excellent condition. The set includes 2 armchairs and 4 matching side chairs with Teak frames and original oatmeal-colored woven wool fabric. These chairs were kept in a formal dining room and only used occasionally, resulting in their wonderful condition.

SEATS: Original oatmeal-colored woven wool fabric-covered seats are in very nice condition. I cannot say they are “like new”, but I can say they are in excellent, carefully used condition. When viewed in bright sunlight, two of the chairs show a VERY slight hint of a stain. In normal indoor lighting, these slight blemishes cannot be seen. 

TEAK FRAMES: These frames are just gorgeous. You might find a very slight nick or two when running your hands over every inch, but they are excellent and nearly perfect. Frames are solid with no loose joints. 
This set needs no restoration or repair. They are ready to go into your dining area NOW. 

The Moller Model 83 was designed for J L Moller by Niels Otto Møller in 1974. It exemplifies the finest in Danish modern design and craftsmanship. These chairs have become one of Møller’s best sellers, and vintage chairs are prized by collectors.
